• The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) continues to influence western Visayas, Palawan, and Mindanao, bringing *cloudy skies, rain showers, and thunderstorms* across the region.
• Mindanao is expected to experience *partly cloudy to cloudy conditions**, with **isolated rain showers or thunderstorms**, which could lead to **flash floods or landslides* if storms become severe.
• A *Low Pressure Area (LPA 08e)* remains monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), embedded in the ITCZ—raising the potential for enhanced rainfall activity.
• Winds in Mindanao remain **light to moderate from the south to southeast**, with **slight to moderate coastal conditions**.
