Welcome to Hermitage Tennessee! Home of President Andrew Jackson, Hermitage is located just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, close to I-40 and both Old Hickory and Percy Priest Lakes. Although Hermitage is still part of metropolitan Davidson County, it has been able to maintain its suburban and laid back feel. Hermitage is a rapidly fast-growing city but is still considered an affordable place to live. Hermitage mostly consisted of established communities, but there are still building and developing to meet the demand of homebuyers and businesses.

I live in Old Hickory Tennessee, which is located just north of Hermitage, and I venture to Hermitage almost daily to do my grocery shopping, go to the gym and run most of my errands. They have a Target, Kohls, Hobby Lobby Home Depot and Lowes within a 3-mile radius…Oh! And a Chick Fil-A of course :)

If you’re thinking of moving to Nashville or the surrounding area this video was made for you! In this video, I will be driving you around Hermitage to show you some of the main streets, shopping and of course- neighborhoods. I think the best way to get a feel for the area is to drive around different communities and see what you like and don’t like about certain areas.
