I tried the Port of Spain cocktail, a drink with ½ oz of Angostura bitters, smoky mezcal, lime, and orgeat. Then I made it again using Laphroaig 10 (Islay Scotch) instead of mezcal. Both versions are amazing.
If you think you hate mezcal or peaty Scotch, this cocktail will change your mind.
