The Tulpar is a light battle tank, developed by the Turkish defence company Otokar. The Tulpar is a modern, versatile and NATO standard combat vehicle that can play various roles in war. Turkey is trying to be a regional superpower between the eastern Europe and the western Asia so self-reliant in military technology is very important. In the civil war of Syria the Turkish army used the Tulpar light battle tank successfully then various European countries have shown interest to buy it such as Poland, Latvia etcetera and recently Bangladesh is trying to acquire the combat tank. The Tulpar can be equipped with various armaments such as cannon and machine gun as well as its strong armor saves the soldiers from dangerous land mine and enemy attack.
