Hi friends, welcome back to Daddys DIY!
Today’s video is going to blow your mind! This is my favorite dish to make because it’s super easy and delicious! You have to try it out and comment down how you like it!

Ingredients
8 pounds beef
7-8 regular sized onions
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 big sized ginger
250-350 pounds of papaya skin
2-3 tbsp red chilli powder
1 1/2 tbsp numeric
salt 2 tbsp (or to taste)
1 1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup fried onions
2-3 tbsp ground black pepper
300-400 ml of mustard oil
Step by Step Instructions
1. Start off by grinding the onions. Then add the papaya skin, garlic and ginger. Then add all your spices and mix well.
2. Heat up the mustard oil until it is HOT (not warm), meanwhile pour the paste onto the meat and mix well to make sure all pieces are coated well. Then add the fried onions and continue to mix.
3. Once the oil is hot, add it in onto the meat and mix again. But wear gloves or let it cool for a few minutes because the oil is going to be super hot!! Next, you will wrap the bowl and let it sit/marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight).
4. The next day you will put the meat through your scewers in a zig zag form to make sure it cooks evenly from all sides and bake it on medium/high heat for atlas 10 minutes while watching and turning it. It should be slightly pink/brown to know when it will be ready.
5. Serve while its hot, with some green chutney and raita!
