welcome to pilates by alli 🤍
this 20-minute pilates ab workout is designed to deeply challenge your core using controlled, strength-based movements. we move through standing core activation, supine/tabletop work, and plank-focused exercises to build deep core strength, stability, and endurance.
this workout uses optional ankle weights and a loop resistance band, but can be completed without equipment.
this class is intermediate to advanced. please take breaks and modify as needed to suit your body. focus on control, breath, and proper form over speed or intensity.
a short warm-up and cool-down are included for a complete, feel-good session.

45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest
standing → supine core → plank
final 1-minute plank hold
