This is my setup for QRP ops when I get to the parks. The Yaesu FTX-1 is a new all band/all mode radio that does 6 watts with the included battery or 10 watts with an external 13 volt battery or power supply. I have the Optima version that includes the 100 watt amplifier but it usually stays home in the shack.
The bag in the video is a Think Tank Strobe Stuff bag. I searched their site and don't see it listed but it might be available on eBay or on the used market somewhere.
