It's the opening day for deer archery season in georgia USA.
My friend Jimmie made sure that I'll be ready for this day.
My flight back to germany was on sunday and my only chance to kill a deer was saturday.
We prepared everything for over a week and I'm very thankful that I was able to attend this hunt at the end.
Also special thanks to my friend Chip from
"Newborn Taxidermy & Deer Processing".
He borrowed me his two Crossbows and took care of the deer.

To the hunt itself.
In the video it looks so fast and easy but in reality I have been waiting for this deer for over 11 hours! 6am till 12pm and 2:30pm till 8pm.
That was my longest hunting day ever so far but every second was well worth it and I enjoyed the day.
Especially the outcome LOL
