In this video, I try out a very fun Snow team centered around Tera Water Rotom-Frost, Tailwind Kilowattrel, and Choice Band Garchomp! The team utilizes Kilowattrel to set up speed control via Tailwind while dealing large amounts of damage with Rotom-Frost and Garchomp. Rotom-Frost historically has not see much play in competitive VGC, but Tera Water makes it a very strong counter into Fire-type Pokemon such as Torkoal!
