1) Römerberg or Römerberg square -
Römerberg is the iconic, historic heart of Frankfurt's Old Town (Altstadt), famous for its picturesque square, the Römer city hall (a complex of medieval buildings), reconstructed half-timbered houses (like the "Great Angel"), the Fountain of Justice (Justitia), and hosting major events like the Christmas Market. It was the center for markets, festivals, and imperial coronations, offering visitors a glimpse of medieval Frankfurt, beautifully restored after WWII.
2)Eiserner Steg -
The Eiserner Steg is a footbridge spanning the river Main in the city of Frankfurt, Germany, which connects the centre of Frankfurt with the district of Sachsenhausen. The first wrought iron bridge was built in 1868. It was replaced in 1911/1912 by a slightly larger cantilever bridge.
3) Frankfurt Cathedral or Dome -

4)Eurotower(European central bank)-
It is true that the first euro was made in the Eurotower, which used to be the headquarters of the European Central Bank, but the building had been given this name before the introduction of the new currency. The former building of the Bank für Gemeinwirtschaft was occupied by the European Monetary Institute from 1995. From 2 June 1998 until November 2014, it has been the home of the European Central Bank. However, the bank has moved to its new location in Frankfurt’s Großmarkthalle in 2014. Even though the European Central Bank does no longer reside in this building, it is still called the Eurotower.
5)Opera Frankfurt -
A historic opera house from 1880 was destroyed in World War II, and reconstructed as a concert hall, the Alte Oper. The present opera house, built in 1963, is under one roof with the stage for drama. The opera orchestra is called Frankfurter Opern- und Museumsorchester. Today's venue for Baroque and contemporary opera is the Bockenheimer Depot, a former tram depot.
Voted best 'Opera house of the year' by Opernwelt several times since 1996, including 2020, 2022 and 2023, Oper Frankfurt is part of the Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt. It received the "Opera Company of the Year" award at the 2013 International Opera Awards.
