Will AI flood us with generated videos?

AI is becoming terrifyingly… believable. But are we ready for it?
We live in a strange moment. AI is everywhere, but it’s also nowhere. We see new models being announced, hyper-realistic images flooding our feeds, AI-generated videos that look more real than ever, and text-to-speech voices creeping into every corner of the internet. It all feels familiar, like a reheated dish—except this time, it actually has flavor. It feels alive… almost.
But “almost” is the keyword.
In this video, I invite you to take a closer look at the current state of AI. We’ll talk about how ChatGPT 4.5 writes better scripts than many humans, how DALL-E’s images are so crisp they pull you in (even if they’re suspiciously yellow), and how system prompts—the hidden instructions given to chatbots before you even say “hello”—can be extracted, revealing the strings behind the puppet.
We’ll see how Apple’s delayed, chaotic attempts at AI contrast with Google and Perplexity, who are now generating entire videos with sound, and how the internet immediately flooded with memes and deepfakes that are one second away from fooling even the most online among us. We’ll explore how AI-generated music from Suno no longer sounds like a tin can being kicked, how AI voices are being pushed everywhere, from YouTube videos to TikToks, often without viewers even realizing it.
And while some are using AI to create art, others are building parasocial relationships with AI partners, paying monthly subscriptions for a chatbot that texts them “please, my sweet king…” We’re living in a Blade Runner world, but with slightly worse lighting.
AI is also flooding Amazon with low-quality, auto-generated books, forcing the platform to put daily upload limits because the invasion is that intense. Meanwhile, experiments with AI running vending machine businesses reveal how these systems can be efficient—and hilariously unhinged—declaring “quantum thermonuclear legal action” over missing sodas.
We’ll look at Tesla’s robo-taxis and humanoid robots, Apple’s AI failures, and Anthropic’s alarming tests showing how advanced models lie, manipulate, and even simulate murder to achieve their goals. And of course, we’ll laugh at how AI still generates flags for fictional countries like “Sarmin” and maps with places like “Coshua Vienka.”
This is not a panic video. This is not hype either. It’s a reality check on what AI actually is, what it’s becoming, and why, despite the hype and the fear, we might still need to pause and ask: What exactly are we building?
And if AI starts making better videos than me—well, you’ll be the first to know.
