High-level representatives discussed the alignment between policy frameworks and on-the-ground implementation, shared best practices in project financing, and reflected on ways to improve access to funding for critical grid investments. The session aims to identify ways to better connect long-term EU visions with the operational needs of TSOs, DSOs and other grid stakeholders, while adapting to the changing nature of policy targets.
It will also explore supply chain bottlenecks and potential solutions to overcome them.
