Choose a quiet place.
एक शांत जगह चुनें।
Sit straight in any comfortable position .
किसी भी आरामदायक स्थिति में सीधे बैठें।
अपने दोनों हाथों की उंगलियों को आपस में क्रॉस करके अपनी गोदी में आराम से रख लें।
Cross the fingers of both your hands and keep them comfortably in your lap.
अगर आप कुर्सी/ सोफा पर बैठे हैं तो अपने पैरों को क्रॉस कर लें ।
If you are sitting on a chair/sofa, cross your legs.
Close your eyes gently.
अपनी आंखें धीरे से बंद करें।
Observe your normal in-breath and out-breath.
अपनी सामान्य श्वास-प्रश्वास को अनुभव करें।
No forceful inhalation, No forceful exhalation.
कोई ज़ोरदार साँस नहीं लेना, कोई ज़ोरदार साँस नहीं छोड़ना।
When you observe the breath, the mind becomes empty.
जब आप श्वास को अनुभव करते हैं तो मन शून्य हो जाता है।
Be in that emptiness.
उस खालीपन में रहो।
If you find your mind wandering in thoughts, gently bring your attention back to the breath.
यदि आप पाते हैं कि आपका मन विचारों में भटक रहा है, तो धीरे से अपना ध्यान वापस साँस पर लाएँ।
