Meet Riley the ornate monitor! Ornate monitors are a large monitor lizard native to Africa. There is some debate if they are a separate species to the Nile monitor (varanus niloticus) or if they are one in the same. I am of the opinion they are separate species altogether and as Riley grows I’d love to talk more about these amazing animals.
This is a short video just to put some content out. I hope to produce stuff more regularly starting very soon!
