How to make a top hat for 5$ only
Materials: Cardboard 1$ or free; 1$ fleece blanket (the alternative is felt and it will be even better with it); 2$ burlap; Feathers, salt dough and glue -around 1$. All materials 5$, but are also enough for at least 2-3 hats. So even if you don't find that cheap fleece blanket, still can make a very cheap hat.

This crafting tutorial was requested by Creven Devoss in a comment to "Halloween Decorations 2019 | DIY Skull Candle Holder". I really liked the idea and decided that this would be a great finish of my Halloween Series 2019. As gratitude for the idea I decided to send it to Creven Devoss and now he will have not only the tutorial video but also the hat that came out of it. He promises to make his own too.

What I found really great while making the hat was, that when my decoration bones dried they were looking like real without any additional painting and touching needed. So if you are planning to make bone decoration think about using the salt dough.

You can make this top hat for Halloween costume or just for fun. It's easy and cheap.
