I used fondant with added tylose (CMC or known as gum-tex.) To speed up the process you can make your petals thinner by using a pasta machine.
Guide: When using fondant with added tylose I mix 1 heap teaspoon of tylose powder to every 250 grams of fondant. Best to let the fondant mature for 24 hours before using.
