Anantapur MLA Daggubati Venkateswara Prasad has crossed every democratic line.
In his own constituency, a common man was abused using vulgar, filthy language by someone who swore an oath to serve the public.
This is not authority.
This is arrogance backed by power.
Let us be clear 👇
👉 An MLA is not a feudal lord
👉 Public office is not a license to humiliate citizens
👉 Votes are not contracts for abuse
Earlier, through our “NAA ABHIMANAM” series on Prashna, we exposed how bribes, intimidation, and organised corruption operate under this MLA and his ecosystem.
Those videos were ignored.
Warnings were dismissed.
Silence was maintained.
And now — this vulgar abuse.
So we ask the government directly:
• ❓ Is this acceptable behaviour for a public representative?
• ❓ Will the law act only on powerless citizens?
• ❓ Or are MLAs protected no matter how low they fall?
WE DEMAND
• Immediate government intervention
• Public explanation from the ruling leadership
• Strict action against verbal abuse and misuse of authority
• Protection for citizens who dare to question power
This is not about party politics.
This is about dignity, democracy, and fear-free citizenship.
If an MLA can openly abuse a citizen today,
who will be safe tomorrow?
