6 Falcons + half a frosty. Flat circuit and it felt as if we were really going for it.
What gets me is that a year ago or so, I thought we were such a mediocre team, even though it could still feel hard enough. But now power levels for everyone have really stepped up. Skills too. After all, we're generally skinny little and old folks. I reckon with not many of our peers are able to do this. Or does that just say that we're bonkers.
The 7 of us: Jon Frost, Hal Wye, Hayley Vale, Diane Letheren, Tracey Taylor, Ina Ketzer, Fat Shark. every one of us putting in real effort. We even managed some paceline coordination at times.
Even with 80kg frosty, our average weight was 60kg.
