This is an improvised take/tribute/rip of 'Adagio for Strings' by Samuel Barber. I think my first experience manipulating audio, of any audio production or experimentation, was taking a cassette of 'Adagio' and running it through my brother's guitar pedals.
This is played on the Akai AX-60 which I honestly bought just to to fix up and sell, but I'm tempted to keep it just for this Mellotron/Tape Strings/Flute sound I programmed. I just love how it sounds - exactly like that cassette 20 years ago.
