In Harmony | Sound Ceremony 100hr Course - We Are Created By Sound

In our course, we encourage students to take time to listen silently to nature. Time in nature restores us to our essential nature, our inner being. By listening in a way that creates communion with oneself and the environment, a beautiful presence and harmony emerge.

When one is in harmony, choiceless clarity arises, and there is no need to worry about awakening, just as the river does not worry about its direction. Harmony occurs when our inner world is in accord with the external environment. It is not the accumulation of knowledge but the pure space before knowledge is known. It is not the contents of the mind but the nature of the mind prior to the arising of contents. It is not the body, the five senses, or the faculty of perception, but that which is aware of their function.

To come into harmony is to come out of discord and disagreement with the world. It is to let the world, even for just a moment be perfect just as it is. It is to end the war within oneself and come near the heart of real acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, and truth.

It is to let the flower of harmony effortlessly unfurl,
to step into the place where there are no steps,
where everything breathes together,
and to gaze in the direction of your ancient face,
letting past and future fade to reveal
the light of the eternal dawn,
ever here and now
in harmony.
