In this video, I am sharing my review of the Leap Energy gels and Muscle blaze energy gels. I use them in my long runs to help me refuel. While I prefer using Maurten in marathons, for most other runs, I don't mind falling back upon cheaper alternatives like Unived. In this review, I am focusing on Leap and Muscle Blaze as a second part to my previous post about Indian Energy gels.
