This eight-part, new-onset diabetes video series is used by Beaumont Health, along with the Managing Childhood Diabetes binder and the hospital educational checklist. Basal vs. bolus insulin is described. This video gives step-by-step demonstrations on how to draw up and give insulin by vial with a syringe, as well as how to use an insulin pen. Insulin site rotation is reviewed.
