"Sidelined: Street Vendors' Struggle for Space and Dignity" was screened exclusively during the launch of the Jeevika Mobile Application on 21 January 2023 in IHC, New Delhi in the presence of Hon'ble MP Shri Sanjay Singh.
The documentary aims to highlight the challenges faced by street vendors in their day-to-day vending business and how it deters their willingness to expand their business and causes a deep hindrance to their livelihood opportunities. Additionally, through this documentary, we will also delve into the struggles they encounter despite having all the necessary legal documents and how they are subjected to harassment by public officials.
