Singing is like a sport in that to do it well your body must be conditioned and ready to play. And like any other complex muscle coordination, you need to first warm-up before engaging your voice. In today’s video, we’re going to talk about how to warm-up your voice and free it when you sing. If you long for that life-changing exhilaration that happens when you release your emotions in the form of vocal expression, then you’ll first want to condition your body.
