Onion Soup Mix Chicken:
4 Chicken breasts thinly sliced
3-4 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp coarse black pepper
Zest + juice of 1 lemon
a heaping 1/3 c of onion soup mix

Basmati Rice:
2 cups rinsed and drained basmati rice
3.5 cups water
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp Oil
