This demo song is composed of two ancient songs Ekken Bekken and “Hupp Geyy Geyy”. Where Ekken Bekken is a lullaby, the mother or other elders of a household use to sing for the kids either for cheering them up with funny lyrics or when going to bed. Ancient rural Khow (Chitral) society where the only amusement or entertainment time for the people during the rest of the long winters were telling stories and play music or play some sports. Hence ‘’Hupp Geyy Geyy’’ is a song about girls playing, dancing and chasing each other and then holding hands and swirling around, while the boys use to play football or other games. While in the night the children, grownups and most of the time rest of the villagers (relatives) gathered around in a big room where the ladies of the household use to cook traditional items (Disserts) and one of the elder use to tell stories about fairies, ghosts, mythical creatures, legacies and other folk stories. That’s how the old folks use to pass the harsh long winter nights joyfully without feeling boredom
