A man resists the voices of the world, choosing instead the Rose of his House, rooted in holy ground, as faith—not fear—leads him to leap.
P.S. I dedicate this song to the Rose of my heart --- yes, you!

This song was designed to confront the hesitation, distraction, and noise that men face in love, faith, and purpose. Too often, the voices of culture act like sirens, pulling us off course. I wanted to write a song that declares: fear makes you hesitate, but faith makes you leap.
At its heart, it’s a Proverbs 31 ballad put into everyday pictures. It tells the story of a man discerning between the false allure of many voices and the true, covenantal love of the Rose of his House. Each verse paints her character in modern, simple images—coffee brewing before sunrise, carrying groceries with laughter, planning for winter, blessing children, opening the door to strangers. This is not abstract virtue—it’s a living woman of faith.
The music carries a hymnal ballad tone, tuned to the healing resonance of 528Hz. The verses use concrete, contemporary imagery to show her strength, dignity, and wisdom. The chorus is an anthemic confession, a vow sung out loud: “Fear makes you hesitate, but faith makes you leap. The Rose of my House is the vow I keep.” The bridge ties it all together—she is the Rose planted in the fear (yir’ah) of the Lord, rooted in trust, diligence, strength, dignity, and wisdom. And the outro seals it with the dove and the Rose—a house crowned in peace.
