This Swirling Snow Potion is The Summoning of Snow Potion! This potion Swirls from Clear with a Snowy Bottom to a swirling Icy Blizzard in a Bottle! This will be a great addition to our Potion, Prop Collection we have been making, or an excellent addition to a Cosplay Costume.

You will need:
1 Glass Bottle with a Rubber Cork I got mine from Home Goods
Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol
Iridescent Blue Mica Powder
Blue Cording
White Sealing Wax
Fake Snow
Snowflake Wax Seal Stamp
Mod Podge
Tag Printed on Sticker Paper
