Background:
The map errors I have seen with Tesla Navigation have been present for over a year. I used to refer it to the Rosebay Terrace bug. Then the Navigation was correct, but the voice prompts continued to tell me to turn left on Rosebay Terrace when no such road existed on my route. With FSD V14 we got new map data and now it is really bad, routing me on round robin routes through neighborhoods avoiding a direct road. One route wanted me to go 6 miles out of my way for a 7 mile destination.
I decided to do some testing / experiments. This video documents the main navigation errors and what I did to get it to go the correct route for just leaving my driveway.
