Having a high uric acid level in the body can result in the formation of uric acid crystals, which is what causes gout. Some drinks and foods rich in purines can also raise uric acid levels (uric acid kya hai).
Uric acid is a waste product that can be found in the blood (uric acid kya hota hai). It is formed when the body breaks down purine chemicals. The majority of uric acid dissolves in the blood, passes through the kidneys, and excretes in the urine. Foods and beverages high in purines raise uric acid levels (uric acid badhne ki wajah).
These are some examples:
Fish & seafood such as Sardines, salmon, shrimp, lobster, and shrimp
Animal meat like red meat
Organ meats such as the liver
Foods and beverages containing high fructose corn syrup, as well as alcohol (especially beer, including non-alcoholic beer)
Hyperuricemia occurs when there is an excess of uric acid in the body. Hyperuricemia can result in the formation of uric acid (or urate) crystals. These crystals can pile up in the joints and cause gout, a painful form of arthritis. They can also form kidney stones if they settle in the kidneys.
High uric acid levels, if left untreated, can cause permanent bone, joint, and tissue damage, kidney disease, and heart disease. High uric acid levels have also been linked to type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and fatty liver disease, according to research.
