Not An Impressive Business Class Product | Air Canada Montreal to Tokyo Narita

Greetings! This is a trip report of my recent 13.5-hour flight in Air Canada's business class (a.k.a. Signature Class). This long haul flight exemplifies Air Canada's highest level of cabin services, in-flight meal and hard products. My impression has been mixed after this flight, with the biggest disappointment being the not-really-lie-flat seat. Please join me in experiencing this flight.
