Track day is coming up, so it’s time to get the FL5 Civic Type R ready—starting with the most important part: brakes.
In this video I talk through my approach to prepping the Type R for the upcoming track day, what I’m changing, why I’m focusing on braking confidence first, and what I recommend before you start chasing mods.
After the Type R segment, I switch over to a POV drive in my C8 Z06 for some seat time and perspective—because sometimes you need a reminder of how wild modern performance has gotten.
And at the end, there’s bonus content from a car meet, because the car community is a big part of what makes all of this fun.
