Because of russian aggression on Ukraine (and the whole wolrd) we paused all our activities here and focusing on other important things. Today we want to share video we made half year ago.
My classic :) male relaxation ceremony with slow hand movements for stressful and restart. And I'll do with a little whispering for deeper relaxation.
