Debate: Does Nicea 2 Teach Papal Supremacy? Likoudis (Catholic) vs Truglia (Orthodox)

The Council of Nicea II contains a letter between Pope Adrian I to the Byzantine Emperors. Many claim that Adrian was asserting Papal Supremacy consistent with Vatican I prerogatives and that the assent of the council to this letter demonstrates that this ecclesiology was that of the entire Church during this time. But, is this really the case?
