Learn how to make this delicious and colorful Filipino kakanin - Sapin- Sapin using just a rice cooker!
With its vibrant color, chewy texture, Sapin- Sapin is perfect for any occassion
Ingredients:
1/2 kl glutinous flour (500g)
2 cups coconut milk (400ml)
1 can condensed milk ( 375g)
1 cup evaporated milk (200ml)
1 cup water
1/4 cup white sugar
Notes:
** need to boil the water for steaming
** much better to line the bottom with parchment paper to prevent sticking
** cool it down completely before flipping
** need to do a toothpick test before pouring the next layer mixtures. toothpick must comes out clean
