How many untrained, unarmed people do we need to disarm an untrained, armed person? Knife + Machete

For context:

It takes no less than 6 untrained kids to disarm just 1 untrained kid with a rubber knife, and that's allowing them to get hit. If the kids are not allowed to get hit, it can take more kids. It should mean that it takes 6+ untrained men to cleanly disarm 1 untrained man with a knife.

I can consistently disarm 1 knife without a scratch, meaning I am worth at least 6 untrained men in combat. Since I can do the same with 2 knives, I am worth 12+ men in combat, and this isn't taking into account that I disarm a trained and competitive knife fighter.

By contrast, a US Special Forces soldier (Green Beret) is worth less than 5 untrained men in combat.

Let's assume a Green Beret is worth 4 untrained men. This means I am worth 3 Special Forces soldiers in combat.
