Delicious soft and flavorful Gluten free meatballs

My daughter is coming home for the holidays. I want her to be able to eat what everyone else is eating and she eats gluten free. I'm making gluten free meatballs in the video and will be making home made gluten free pasta (video coming soon)
GL meatball ingredients:
A little over 2 lbs of ground beef
1/2 large onion
2 eggs
fresh parsley
pecorino romano cheese
salt/pepper
gluten free bread crumbs
minced garlic
Olive oil
Chop fresh parsley and onions
add ground beef to bowl and add onions and parsley
Add 1 cup of pecorino Romano cheese, salt to taste, black pepper, 1 cup of gluten free bread crumbs and 3 cloves of minced garlic, mix. If the mix seems too dry you can add some milk or water.
Add olive oil to pan and fry one meatball to taste and add more seasonings if needed. If it's good, roll all of the meatballs and fry. Add to your sauce and finish cooking until nice and soft. I cook my sauce for about 2 hours. See additional videos with several sauces to make.
