In this video we will show you how to dismantle and overhaul the front suspension of a 2000 model HM Ambassador 2000DSZ (Isuzu diesel). We talk about the brands of bush kits available in the market and the minor differences in suspension across the production years of Ambassador. The same video will be helpful for HM Landmaster, Morris Oxford Series 2 and 3 and all the models of the HM Ambassador. With the right tools, patience and a bit of hard work almost anybody can rebuild the suspension of Ambassador like new.

Here we are sharing the purchase links for shims which can be used for alignment correction after suspension rebuild. It is always better to use prefabricated shims for alignment rather than using shims cut from scrap metal sheets. We found that Mahindra Bolero/Scorpio/Thar Alignment shims can be used for Ambassador as well.
