A couple of corrections. The prop in the test airplane was twelve feet two inches, Obviously I mis-spoke when I said 12.2".
The D model could run 70 inches at 23,000 feet at the turbo's max speed of 18,250rpm. I totally mis-spoke here when I said 23,000rpm, that was supposed to be 23k feet.
