The Democracy Roundtable Series, jointly hosted by Tibet Radio and the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD), explores critical issues shaping Tibetan democracy in exile. Key themes include democracy and governance, unity and identity, gender equality and representation, youth and civic participation, reform, accountability, and the future of the democratic movement. In this first episode, Tibetans from the Tibetan settlement in Ladakh, including grassroots leaders, teachers, and activists come together for an open and insightful discussion on lived experiences of democracy in exile.
