WPC is the short name of wood plastic composite, it is a composed product which is mainly made from wood or other cellulose materials, plastic and some necessary additives. At present, extrusion WPC is a popular production way.
The whole WPC extrusion line includes the following machines:
1, SJZ series conical double-screw extruder,
2, deck moulds for different sizes and shapes,
3,calibration table,
4, haul-off and cutter
5, stacker.

Raw material for WPC extrusion :
Natural fibers: wood waste, saw mill waste, wood powder, wood flour, wood chips, bagasse, bamboo, coir fibers, rice husk, cotton stalks.
Polymers: PE/PP virgin or PE/PP recycled or PVC virgin.
Additives: formula will be transfered together with wpc machine to the users.

By equipped with different moulds on the WPC extrusion line, the different WPC profile can be produced out, for example, WPC deck, WPC fence, WPC pillar, WPC pallet, WPC handrail, WPC door board, WPC roof tile, etc.
