South Ashland Avenue: Driving in Southside Chicago: 4K: Streets of the Americas

As you can see accyo cam channel has primarily been navigating one street at a time around Chicago and the surroundings for now before we shift to another city. So today we will be driving from south side Chicago heading north on much storied street Ashland Avenue from W 95th Street in Chicago's South Side to Madison Avenue in Near West Side . We will be passing through neighborhood of Washington Heights, West Englewood, Back of the Yards, McKinley Park, Pilsen, Hear of Chicago and Near West Side.
Some notable establishments or institution along the way are Rush University Hospital UIC and the Illinois Medical District. Abundance of Churches and faith based religious group venue are visible along the way as well.
Ashland Avenue can be traced by the City of Dixmoor in the far southern suburb where it runs north and disappears at 119th street in the City of Chicago. Then it resurfaces at 95th street at which will run seamlessly north bound pretty much all the way up Howard Street except between W Edgewater Avenue to W Schreiber Avenue where it merges with Clark Street then back up again until to the Border of Chicago and City of Evanston where it terminates for good. Ashland Avenue in the southern portion is predominantly a commercial corridor all the way up to North Avenue in city's north side with few exceptions of industrial and medical districts.From north Avenue on wards it has mixture of commercial,residential and few glimpse of industrial components.Our trip today will be the southern portion where you will find plenty of store fronts gas stations churches and so forth on. It is also 1600 block west in Chicago's grid system.
