We have a stand alone vizio led tv power supply board, model e65x-c2 with a standby voltage problem. The problem with this tv is that the television has no power, and is totally dead with no standby indicator light showing on the front of the tv. In this video we will trouble shoot our standby voltage line and other major components to determine our problem.
After that problem is solved I will show you how to trick the power supply board to fully turn on using 5 volts to the PS-ON pin so we can check our regulated 12 volt line to make sure that the power supply is fully functional before we go back to the customers house to install it.
