奶油咸蛋鸡扒,浓郁的奶油咸蛋酱,配上酥酥脆脆的炸鸡扒,好吃到停不下来,做法一点也不难
材料:4个咸蛋黄,3个鸡腿肉,3个小米椒,1把咖喱叶,2粒鸡蛋,1盘玉米淀粉
1)咸蛋黄放进锅里蒸十分钟,然后压碎
2)鸡腿肉去骨,把筋切断,加入少许胡椒粉和酱油,腌制10分钟
3)小米椒切成小米椒圈,鸡蛋打散
4)腌制好的鸡肉裹上一层玉米淀粉,再裹上一层鸡蛋液,再裹上一层玉米淀粉,放进热油锅里用中火慢炸,把两面炸至金黄
5)从新热锅,加入一大勺牛油,炒至完全融化,放入小米椒和咖喱叶爆香,转成小火放入咸蛋黄,炒至浮出很多泡沫,加入一勺白糖继续翻炒,加入一罐淡奶,开大火煮开,熬制酱汁浓稠
6)把酱汁淋在炸鸡扒上就可以开吃啦
