1st Batch of My Arthropods Sculpture in Polymer Clay

Hello everyone, Here are the 1st batch of insect and spider Sculptures i made this 2020, started on February (***which is some of those aren't filmed, because i still don't have YouTube channel at that time) but since May 2020 all my WORKS was recorded and uploaded to this channel of mine.

Here are the fruits of my labor accompanied with patience, time and dedication.

Being me as the artist, i first admire my works before anyone. I am my own standard, my own critic and if errors must be corrected, then Im not hesitant to do so.

Here are the Materials i commonly used that can only be found around us, for again let me repetitious, being an artist, we must be resourceful and utilize all the available materials around us, that alone is ART ITSELF.

Polymer clay (Opt.) Sculpey Orig., Premo, Super Sculpey etc...
Aluminum foil
Aluminum Wire
Aluminum Soda Can
Bronze wire
Face mask fabric
Broom plastic bristles
2 parts epoxy
Cyno glue
Water-based Glue
Plastic bottles
Cotton string
Acrylic Paints (Folkart)
Wate-based Polyurathane Varnish (Opt.) Varathane, Decoart Americana,
Davies etc....
Printed Insect wings
Plastic cling wrap

Tools:
Hammer
Pliers
Cutter
Scissor
Knife
Rolling pin
Nylon brushes with different sizes
Sculpting tools of different sort

PROCEDURES:
Every single of my works were started by making armatures even though they are a bit small, for adding armature help them become more durable and the armature act as a guide as we go through the sculpting process.

after done the baking, i usually paint it directly with acrylics and finishing them with water-based varnish. (***DON'T EVER EVER EVER USE THINNER OR LACQUER BASE VARNISH)these base has a harmful reactions to the polymer clay, so don't ever think about using them.
