First of all, this is a fishing fly, and the techniques used here is what I have discovered myself to work best for traditional, feather wing salmon flies, after a decade of fishing with them. I hope this video will inspire new tiers to give classic salmon flies a try, they are a lot of fun to tie, and as I show in this video, it's not necessary to use top quality materials to make a good fishing fly.
