Yep, that's her, my favorite. The broken one, the hated one, the misunderstood one and I don't care, I love her. I loved her in the book and I love her in the show. Alicent Hightower is one of the most complex characters on the show and I'm beyond excited to see her progress in the future episodes but I had to make this small tribute to Emily Carey's Alicent because they did phenomenal job.
I'm usually team Targaryen aka team Black but House of the Dragon went into that one time period when I was rooting for someone else. Good job, lmao.
