The new owners of the 100 year old duplex I sold gave me a tour of the house after their completion of the project. They told me they had $100,000 into it.
They used the lumber that I milled to finish the work and let me pick up all the wood they didn't use. I have a big pile left over to build something with.
It feels good to see this old girl get saved. I hope the new owners get trich off of her.
On to saving the next old house.
