Pork Sinigang in Saladmaster 11" EOC
Sinigang is a sour soup native to the Philippines.
This recipe uses pork as the main ingredient. Another meat alternative is beef, shrimp or fish. We like to use pork belly but we don't want the slimy/ soft skin texture when its cook. So we always fry the skin without oil in our saladmaster to get that crunchy skin.
Ingredients:
500grams Pork Belly
3 pcs big tomatoes
3 eggplant
15 pcs of string beans
Yam about 100 grams (forgot to measure)
Turnips about 100grams (also forgot to measure) please see on the video.
4 stalks of bokchoy, or Chinese cabbage
You also can add
Okra, Onions, and Garlic.
We don't feel it necessary.
