Oblivion - How to Acquire a High DPS Frost Sword; Chillrend. (2018 Tutorial)

Obtaining the sword Chillrend is the focus of this Oblivion tutorial. Chillrend is one of the best swords in oblivion with one of the highest DPS outputs in the game, as it has a 1.2 attack speed and a total enchantment damage of 41 points per hit, allowing it to hit enemies faster than some other swords. I also cover some backstory on the ordiil family, however, bethesda doesn't really add much of a background so we have to improvise a little.
